Women's Bible Study

The ladies meet at the church building each Thursday morning at 9:30. Some gather on the second and forth Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m.

God has graciously blessed the Ladies Bible Study at Parkway. Jesus’ prayer on our behalf just before He went to Calvary was, “that they may know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom Thou has sent” (John 17:3). The goal of Paul’s life was “that I may know Him” (Phil. 3:10).  That has been the goal of the current Ladies’ Bible Study--to know Him. It has been exciting to see how God has revealed Himself in His Word. As a result of knowing Him, lives are being changed for His glory.

In 2 Peter 1:3 we read, "seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence."  God's Word says that He has given to us everything we need to live the Christian life.  What an awesome promise to believers!

The "true knowledge of Him" comes from the study of His Word.  The women's ministry is offering several opportunities for you to join us for Bible study.
