Small Groups Ministry

The Small "Life" Groups Ministry is an integral and dynamic part of church life at Parkway.  These small groups of 6 to 12 people, regularly meet in homes to talk about their spiritual journeys, study the Bible, pray, and encourage each other.  These groups will help you grow through prayer, purpose, vision, freedom, a coaching team, trained leaders and a committed pastor.  There are currently four small groups:

 
Proverbs - A Navigator Bible Study led by Bill and Judith Reed, at 7:00pm on the second and fourth Fridays of the month.  Gatherings are held in alternate homes.  Call (972) 540-6937 for more details.
 
Marriage on the Rock - A Jimmy Evans Bible Study is led by Elder Rex Parker and his wife Lori at 5:00pm on the first and third Sundays of each month.  Gatherings are held in the home of Wade and Stephanie Catlin .  Call (214) 385-8875 for more details.  Childcare is provided at the church nursery.
 
1 Timothy - Life Change Series is led by Tim and Wendy Benners at 6:30pm on the first and third Fridays of the month.  Gatherings are held in alternate homes and childcare is provided on-site.  Call (214) 544-7871 for more details.
 
The Gospel of John - A Verse by Verse Study is led by Mike and Jeanne Bosky at 6:00pm on the second and fourth Sundays of the month.  Gatherings are held in the Bosky home.  Couples provide their own childcare for this group. Call (972) 569-8122 for more details.
 

Turbo Group - A Study Group for Potential Leaders is being created by Pastor Jerry Halbrook to provide an on-going training opportunity for potential life-group leaders. This twelve-week training opportunity would be held on Sunday evenings.  If you are interested, please contact Jerry at (972) 569-7295.
