Ephesians 2:19-22
Exegetical/Homiletical Idea:
As a believer you are incorporated into God’s kingdom and church, you are established on the Scriptures and Jesus Christ, and you are experiencing growth with the church in union with Christ.

II. Establishment (2:20)
A. Foundation—the apostles and prophets (2:20a)
built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets,
B. Cornerstone—Christ Jesus (2:20b)
Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone,
III. Intention (2:21-22)
A. Growing to be a holy temple in the Lord (2:21)
in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord.
