Psalm 98:4 says, "Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise." Whether you sing or play an instrument, you'll find a multitude of opportunities to use your gifts for the Lord at Parkway. The most valuable aspect of any service must be the presence of God. At Parkway Baptist, we endeavor to remember that He, and He alone, is the true audience, not the congregation. To achieve this, our worship utilizes music that sounds distinctively sacred, rather than being a mere religious makeover of rock or country music. It is what we call, "heart" music. We invite you to join us at Parkway as we experience the power, presence, and exaltation of Jesus Christ through music.

"Then Sings My Soul" If you have a child in first through sixth grade we invite them to join Ms. Mariette Williams on Sundays from 6:00 to 7:00pm for children’s choir. Here are three great reasons for joining children’s choir: • Music makes truth memorable • Music makes truth applicable • Music makes truth expressible Music plays a powerful part in the spiritual development of our children. And, Mariette does a great job teaching our children to praise the Lord through music. She is very creative and has an hour filled with lots of fun as they learn to sing praises to the Lord. |
